Professional Services and Hardware
In addition to digital services, Versatile Techno – Canada provides IT infrastructure, networking, and hardware procurement. The following terms apply to all physical installations and hardware supply:
Hardware Ownership: Title and ownership of any hardware (including but not limited to laptops, desktops, and CCTV equipment) shall only pass to the Client upon full payment of the associated invoice. Until such time, Versatile Techno – Canada retains all legal rights to the equipment.
Installation & “Smart Hand” Services: When providing technical support or acting as a “Smart Hand” for third-party providers or specialized software (e.g., Telus, Kroll), Versatile Techno – Canada acts solely as a facilitator. We are not liable for service interruptions, software bugs, or hardware failures caused by these third-party entities or the original equipment manufacturers.
Liability Limitation: While we strive for excellence in network and security installations, Versatile Techno – Canada is not liable for data breaches, unauthorized access, or hardware malfunctions occurring after the professional handover and client acceptance.
Warranties: Any hardware provided is subject to the Manufacturer’s Warranty only. Versatile Techno – Canada does not provide additional independent warranties on third-party hardware components.
Payment Terms and Financial Obligations
Advance Payment: All payments for products and services must be made in advance. Versatile Techno – Canada reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to allow for payment upon delivery or completion of service in specific circumstances.
Estimates and Quotes: Any estimates or quotes provided are for informational purposes and do not constitute a final invoice. The final billing amount is subject to change (increase or decrease) based on the actual work performed, hardware utilized, and project scope adjustments.
Discounts and Promotional Offers: All provided discounts, bundled pricing, or special offers are strictly contingent upon the completion of the full project scope.
Revocation of Discounts: If a project is cancelled, revoked, or significantly reduced in scope by the Client, any previously applied discounts will be voided. The Client will be re-invoiced for the completed portion of the work at our standard, non-discounted hourly or flat rates.
Cancellation Penalty: In the event of a project cancellation, Versatile Techno – Canada reserves the right to charge a cancellation penalty to cover administrative costs, scheduled labor, and unreturnable hardware.
Invoicing: Official invoices are issued upon the delivery of hardware or completion of service milestones. All invoices are due within 15 days of the invoice date.
Late Fees: We reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18.17% per annum) on any outstanding balances.
Use of License
